There are two different “expired” messages, and they have different fixes:
- The app stops after 7 days, or says the trial or license expired: this is the IBO Player license. Ask your IPTV provider to activate it (free with most 6- or 12-month plans), or buy it yourself. To check, open the account (person) icon on the home screen: under Application Information, Status shows Trial and the Expiry Date shows when the trial ends.
- “Your playlist will expire in X days” or “Playlist Expiry” on the home screen: this is your IPTV subscription, not the app. Contact your IPTV provider to renew it. As the message says, the playlist expiry date is unrelated to your application license.

- Renew your IPTV subscription with your provider before the Playlist Expiry date. Choose 6 or 12 months and ask them to (re)activate IBO Player for free at the same time.
